The circumstances of Timothy's disappearance are unknown. He was last seen at approximately 8:20 a.m. on September 28, 2004 at his residence in the vicinity of the 1600 block of Route 23 in Butler, NJ. His vehicle, described as a green 2000 Chrysler Concorde LXI, was later located on October 7, 2004 at a construction site where Route 21 meets Route 1 and 9 near Newark, NJ. Identifying Characteristics: Previously fractured left wrist. Clothing: Possibly carrying a silver briefcase with stories he wrote. Jewelry: Watch (possibly "Timex" brand).
